Gwen was taking a shower. I heard her singing some song that I couldn’t understand. Her voice was amazing. I got up from my seat on the bed and left my Super Slammers comic on the ground, walking towards the shower. I knew what I was doing was wrong…so long as I don’t get caught, I’ll be fine.
I got closer to the shower, and poked my eyes through the small crack in the door. She had just gotten out of the shower, and was wrapped in a towel. She stared in the mirror for a few seconds, fixing her wet hair.
She looked closer into the mirror, and then her eyes widened for some reason. She quickly turned around. Oh Crap! She saw me!
“GRAN!-” But I quickly cut her off, panicking. I rushed to her, putting my hand over her mouth, silencing her. But she bit my finger, and she started to scream again.
“GRA-” But I was desperate, I wasn’t going to get in trouble for this, and plus, something in my mind wanted me to do it. I pressed my lips to her quickly, in a desperate attempt to quit her. I put my arm behind her back to keep her from moving away and yelling. I shook my other hand, my finger still hurting.
She started to lose her balance, probably because I was pressing most of my weight onto her to keep her from breaking the contact. She backed up on one of the bathroom walls, with me still holding on to her. I couldn’t hold my breath any longer, so I broke the kiss. She just stood there, wide-eyed.
“Gwen, are you going to yell for Grandpa again?” She shook her head.
“Thanks.”, I replied, glad I wan’t going to be in trouble.
She spoke calmly and quietly, “Ben, why did you kiss me?”
“Well, I didn’t want to get in trouble for…you know…” I said, a little too ashamed too finish the sentence.
She looked up to me with sad eyes, and said,” Is that the only reason?”
