The Three Guardians
Recap: Kayla
turned and looked up to see the owner of the voice, Johanna, what
are you doing here? Kayla asked.
Dont
call me that!
Charmcaster yelled as her she focused a large red orb into the palms
of her hands and combined them. Kaylas silver eyes widened, right
before Jo-Charmcaster shot Kayla grabbed Ben and loud explosion could
be heard.
The
blast caused many buildings to come crashing down and a major dust
could was carried in all directions. She smirked.
Its
a good thing your father didnt mind if I killed you.
Charmcaster smirked, Powerful, my ass. She scoffed.

The
cloud of dust started to clear, revealing an unconscious Kayla lying
on top of Ben. A silver barrier protected them. Ben set Kayla next to
him on the ground gently, her clothes were slightly ripped- as if she
took damage before her barrier came and she did.
Kayla,
are you okay? Ben asked as worry filled, he brushed her bangs
from her face.
Somehow
responding Kaylas eyes opened, Zane, I missed you
Kaylas eyes closed, and then her bracelet started to glow and
bright white. A small light blue orb came from it, then an amethyst,
and darker blue one.
Kito
Domika-ta, hue. The orbs took a human-like form.
The
light blue orb turned into a girl with long blond hair and dark
aquamarine eyes. She had small angel-like wings on top of her head
(An/: decoration only!) that came out of a witches hat.
The
darker blue orb had turned into a silver-haired with dark gray-blue
eyes that turned blood red when angered, and wolf-like ears on top
head rested except human ones.
The
amethyst orb turned into a young looking girl that had the same
crimson red hair Gwen had, and she had umber brown eyes. She gave Ben
a sweet smile.
The
red haired girl started to speak, Kito Domika-ta, lee comi?
What?
Ben asked, not understanding a single word.
Sorry,
Shara doesnt speak any Earthen languages. She asked if you are a
friend of the young master, The blond spoke kindly to him, almost
as if he were a three-year-old.
You
mean Kayla? Will she be okay?
Of
course, our master wont die from a simple reaping spell, The
silver-haired girl crossed her arms over her chest and turned to face
Charmcaster. The dust was almost gone, she could see them now.
Argh,
how are you still alive!? She stomped her foot on air.
Ai,
Ti-co (eye-tie-co/ She wont die), Shara said to Charmcaster.
Well
protect her, its our sacred duty! The blond pointed a finger at
Charmcaster, Even by order of the king, it is illegal to murder
royalty!
Charmcaster
gave them a board look, Riiight, what the hell are you?
Three
of the five guardians, The silver haired one spoke, You will
pay for touching the crown! Her nails changed to black and grew
long and sharp and her eyes became a blood red. She lunged at
Charmcaster with inhuman speed.
Rachel,
no! The blond called for the wolf-girl, but it was too late. She
attacked Charmcaster with all she had, her long nails cut through
Charmcaters barriers, but she just kept making more, until
Charmcaster created a small purple orb with her hand and shot it at
Rachel, and sending her flying.
Shara,
Kito Domika-ta suteh! (Shara, wake the young master!) The blond
commanded the young red head.
Yue,
ie-to? (Eh-toe/ Yue, how?)
Ju-ti
kola! (Jew-Tea cola/ I dont know!) She answered smartly.
Shara
sighed, as she kneeled down Kaylas side. She placed her small
hands on Kaylas temples as her hands glowed a light pink and
chanted in her alien language. Kayla started to whimper, but Shara
hushed her gently. Soon, Kaylas barrier faded completely, and
Kayla started stir and wake.
Molo-
molo todashi?(Who- who are you?), Kayla mumbled.
Dashi(We
are), Shara looked at the other three, la-ti Sai-ha.(your
protectors/ guardians) She smiled sweetly.
Kayla
still seemed dazed, she looked left to right- trying to find
Ben!
Kayla sat up at full alertness, (A/N: Best way to put it) she
winced from the sudden movement but ignoring the pain she continued,
Wheres Ben?
Ben
took this as an opportunity when he realized he was in a blind spot
of hers, after all- he was
behind
her.
He
rushed to Kayla, Its alright, Kayla. Im okay, see? You
protected me somehow.
Kayla
winced again, S-so it did work Ive never been able to
protect someone before. She gave him a weak smile.
We
must get you away from here Princess! Yue said, My apologizes,
you may
be
a Changer and
a Princess- but your still hurt. Shara can heal, but not here. Go; be
for its too late for your wound like your brother.
Kaylas
eyes widened slightly, No, I can heal myself.
Even,
if it was Dark Magic? Rachel asked as she held her freshly
wounded arm, Shara had to fight the impulse to leave Kaylas side
to heal her.

that youll order weaklings to fight me!? Charmcaster ranted.
Johanna,
you know very well this is an act of treason against the alliance!
Breaking this law is punishable by death or even Glorken torture!
Yue stated.
I
said dont call me that! Charmcaster charged another- different
spell. Yue raised her arms to create a barrier, but not on that was
as powerful as Kaylas, she could never reach that level in white
magic no matter what she did.
Glorken?
Ben asked.
Its
this demented alien culture, but lovely to visit if youre not
eatable to their kind. Kayla told him, she had one or two pleasant
memories of that planet. Thank the Heavens humans (A/N: Earth and
Zaeli-ainites) arent food to those really disgusting
creatures.
Ben
could see the blood bleeding through her ripped shirt; he tried to
keep her talking- to get her mind off the pain. For some reason he
didnt want to use the Omnitrix, at least not until Gwen and/ or
Kevin was here. There had to be someone to take care of Kayla, and he
didnt trust these new characters much, either and the promise
he made to himself, hed never let his nightmare become a reality,
not as long as he has a choice.
